a. As a rule, original source documents are signed by a customer. In the event a power of attorney is issued in favor of our employees with the right to sign source documents, then we may take this function as well. In such a case, we agree, together with the client, rules and algorithms according to which our accountant is entitled to sign documents. b. Place of document storage shall be agreed at the stage of discussing cooperation terms and conditions. This may be either office of our Company or that of the Client. Everything depends on the specific character of the customer’s operations and its wishes.

a. Details of document workflow depend on the way documents are executed: in an electronic format (with the use of electronic digital signature) or paper-based. Recently, an electronic format has become more popular. With the help of this method, our Company is granted an access to the document signing system from which we may upload digital original copies and review their status. With the paper-based method of documents’ execution, everything depends on preliminary arrangements with the customer. The client either transfers periodically original documents for processing or the client’s counterparties send signed original documents directly to our office, or we collect documents from the client on our own.

a. The responsibility of FinAssistant is governed by the terms and conditions of an agreement on rendering accounting services. It contains a clearly outlined list of cases when FinAssistant is not ready to accept risks of potential penalties. For instance, we are not responsible for selecting by a client of counterparties and the essence of business transactions. Commonly, the financial responsibility of FinAssistant is linked to direct losses arising with the client that are caused by actions or inaction of our Company’s employees in the course of the agreement’s execution.

a. The price of our services depends on two factors: i. The contractor’s qualification. To determine it, we need to understand the complexity (specific character) of the client’s business and what exactly our employee is going to do. ii. Time to be spent by our employees. To estimate it, we need to understand the number of documents and business transactions to be processed.

a. Standard time for our response is within 8 business hours. In some cases, if needed, we may agree with the client a quicker response.

a. The recruiting process is one of the key processes in the Company. It consists of many stages. The criteria for preliminary selection of candidates for positions have been set by out top management. A specialized recruiter selects CVs and conducts telephone interviews. Final group and individual interview sessions are held with the participation of key leaders of FinAssistant.
